Refund & Returns Policy

At Voltura Home Tech Sdn. Bhd., we aim to provide quality products and a transparent returns process.

Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • The return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery
  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging

Due to safety and technical reasons, installed, used, or tampered electrical and smart home products are not eligible for return unless they are faulty upon delivery.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 7–14 working days

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or external factors
  • Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Reason for return
  • Supporting photos or videos (if applicable)
